Verified ReviewerThey don't honor there warranty
The worst experience of my life. I paid a lot of money for dentures that didn't last 3 years.
And now, they want me to pay another $4500 to fix the faulty ones they made for me. These were supposed to last over 20 years. They don't honor their warranty.
They are crooks who will just take your money and not care about their products or the humiliation of their clients when their faulty, no-good products break and you have to pay someone else to do the job they said they could do. Don't use this company; they are the worst!
- Dishonest and crokked
Preferred solution: What I paid for. For them to honor there warranty and fix or replace my denture.
User's recommendation: Stay as far away as you can!
Not honoring warranty
BIONIC SMILE ALSO OWNS THIS COMPANY. BEWARE
The owner of Bionic Smile (Shay) is right on the door of Abbey Dental as the manager of Abbey Dental.
Since I posted this review and went and took a picture of the door, the name has been changed. Conveniently. Glad I took the photo before they did that.
BEWARE. company took over Abbey Dental and doesn't honor their work or warranty.
If you want to know more, look up Bionic Smile basically almost the same address. They are getting around the bad review by simply going under the name, bionic smile, but they are responsible for the mess that Abbey dental has created. I am in direct contact with several people that used to work there and you would not believe the stories that I am being told. Beware of this place.
I have since gone to multiple different dentists to quote new dentures all over again and every dentist that I go to, they all give me very negative reviews about Abbey Dental/Bionic Smile.
Every single one of them that I have gone to tells me that they are constantly dealing with very unhappy people coming from their dental practice.
Broken snap on dentures 8 different times because it's a poorly made product. The implant would poke through the denture, it would snap in half, etc. this company bribed people into their doors with a 25 year warranty. Today I was told they're not going to cover the replacement of my denture that I am responsible for almost $5000 to repair it or replace it.
This is a denture that has been broken several times since I originally got them the end of 2021. I have never had a denture that worked that was given to me from the company, but now I am liable?
One of the managers there by the name of Shay contacted me today and told me they are willing to cover the cost of the denture which is $5000 but I would be responsible for the cost of the labor. Which is also $5000. I paid $1200 for a 25 year limited warranty.
Why in God's name would I spend $1200 on a warranty if I still had to pay $5000 for a repair. That makes no sense whatsoever. They are doing this to push people out of their 25 year warranty because they Handed out so many of them under Abbey dental This company is a sham. I had my procedure two years ago and to this day still have not gotten what I paid for, but I am responsible for covering the cost of the broken denture?
And reading all the reviews on this website, sure looks like I'm not the only one.
I then asked if they can repair my broken dentures then and I was told they're not repairable. Basically cuz they don't care to help. Thankfully, I took them to cadence family dental and for $350 they have repaired the dentures that Abbey Dental said was unrepairable.
Abbey Dental is the same exact company as Bionic smile, using the same exact buildings. If you wanna know more, simply google bionic smile, and Google Abbey dental.
You will see that they are the exact same company. So please do not be fooled by the top rating of bionic smile. They also have the same owner They own four buildings in the same little plaza and have just named each building a different name. But when I go there, I am sent between all four buildings depending on the day and I have talked to all of the same people.
It is the same exact company. Yelp is removing my reviews under Bionic Smile for some reason because Bionic Smile reported that I'm not a customer there but I am since Bionic owns Abbey. See attached photos
Do yourself a favor and look into all of the reviews before making your decision. Make sure you go to other dentist practices for quotes and ask them about Abbey Dental.
I can't find a single one that has a nice thing to say. Most of them have a lot of choice words in regards to their shady practices.

Verified Reviewer | Montpellier, OccitaniaTo let the LV community know about their deceptive practices
What a horrible experience. Entered into a contract with Abbey Dental for veneers and a bridge. This also included pulling 5 teeth with two implants.
They placed 8 temporary veneers (top) with very little instruction. Try asking questions, and you get one-word answers. It seemed like educating their patients was the last thing they wanted to do. After the temps came the permanent veneers, which I was so excited to have. I've never had straight, beautiful teeth. The veneers were beautiful. I was so excited to get on with the plan AbbeyDental had designed.
From the beginning of this nightmare, my coordinator, Shay, kept telling me to trust her. She's been in the business for over 20 years and how this is "what we do."
The next part of this process was pulling five teeth, three of which are in my smile. The teeth were pulled, and I received a temporary retainer to fill in the spaces of the missing teeth. The healing went well. I'm even more excited to move this process along and finally get a beautiful smile and be able to chew food like a regular human being. "Trust me," Shay says.
The next part of the plan, get the posts put in. Five days before my appointment for these posts, I get a text from Shay. A TEXT. Not a phone call, a text, telling me they no longer have the doctors to perform the rest of the work needed, and they would just send me a refund check. I couldn't believe what I was reading. I reminded her they pulled my teeth, and I'm still missing three, which are in my smile. She texted, "sorry."
How the *** is "sorry" going to make up for missing teeth and a mouth that was not even half done?. A Friday morning at 8am and no one is answering a phone call to explain this to me. I went onto their website, and they still have Doctors. All they did was change their business plan and now charge more. I believe Abbey Dental, along with their representative, Shay, willfully lied. They knew they were changing prices, and you still started a dental plan that you had no intention of completing. You scammed a human being that came to you in need with their dental problems.
I requested an itemized list of charges, and here again, they showed what shysters they really are. The original plan shows a charge for the "warranty" for almost 5000. When they sent the itemized charges, they changed it to a "digital design fee". Now I have a mouth with missing teeth AND no warranty for the work they did performed.
Yes, I went to two attorneys who stated it would cost more to take them to court and to just take the loss . It was hard to hear that because I felt duped and felt like an idiot for falling for this scam. Abbey Dental knows this and this is why they "do what they do". Both lawyers suggested I turn to social media and tell my experience. I still have all documents and texts to share publicly if needed to show the legitimacy of my experience.
To whomever is contemplating using this business, think long and hard before you do. I did not use their in-house financing but instead used my hard earned money that I had saved. And what did I get for that? Months of waiting to get a half *** job performed on my smile. Read BBB reviews and pay attention to the unprofessional and smart *** answers this business gives to the patients they have wronged. Thank you for reading this review, and please remember my experience. You might get a different experience but I will always remember what my coordinator Shay stated, "TRUST ME, THIS IS WHAT WE DO". So please believe them on that account.
Preferred solution: to share my story so others aren't duped.
User's recommendation: think long and hard about doing business with Abbey dental

Preferred solution: service
User's recommendation: find better dentist
They are a ripp off
So the warranty is bs . If you don't live near las vegas don't waste your time.
I had a complete tooth removal and permanent dentures. When they first put in my upper it was way to small and tight. The porcelain broke in a couple days and they replaced it . I'm sure they actually just repaired it.
Now less than three years later the entire inside porcelain is broken apart and the front is breaking up daily. Spend your 40k elsewhere!
User's recommendation: Run
Implants broken
4 implants all 4 broke due to poor fitting. I had nothing but problems with the fit, I discussed it with the doctor, he said because I grind my teeth.
What's up with that?
$30 grand. I could not find an attorney that would not take my case, I don't understand why.
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Don't go there

Verified Reviewer | Las Vegas, NevadaStill suffering
DServices! I suffered under their care.
Terribly! I have videos. I went to Abbeys to have extractions &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;amp;;;;;;;; a partial made. They didnt clean my teeth before extraction & some plaque was left in my gums after extraction.
They left tooth or plaque in my mouth after extraction & I told them I felt it with my tongue.
They assured me that it was bone. That was Friday! I suffered over the weekend with extreme pain & had to go to the emergency room because I felt I had overdosed on pain the medication. I went back to Abbey to complain & they gave me a note with another doctors name on it & told me to make an appt with him.
Abbey already had my $3,300.00 & were through with me. They advertise cheap prices because they have a financial institution that will finance it for you at extremely high interest rates. I chose to have them finance it for me & I would have paid them TWICE the original cost. Well, I got my sister to pay the financial institution for me so Abbey will not get the interest thereby point me to another dentist.
I still have a bump in my gums from when the dentist was putting the partial into my mouth. I pray its not dangerous because it continue to get larger!
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
User's recommendation: Do not use their financial institution

Verified Reviewer | Las Vegas, NevadaManagement office is absolutely uncaring
I first went to Abbey Dental on August 19,2021. They had a cancellation of oral surgery on August 20, 2021.
I had all of my remaining teeth pulled haled for 4 months and had an upper regular denture and a three pin lower denture put in. I went back about 5 times for adjustments. Then in June I got a e-mail generated by Ashlee that the dentist would no longer see me and that I was banned from Abbey Dental. She claims that the dentist wrote the letter.
My very last appointment with the dentist I asked him if he wrote that letter, He said he did not and we have always worked well together with no problems. They refuse to give me any treatment or refund. My dentures are terrible they hurt the roof of my mouth they move back and forth, they trap excessive food behind them and the caps on the lower come out and they bite the inside of my lower gum causing a sore and bleeding.
Dont go here they are scammers and they will not work with you. appointment was on June 7, 2021.

Verified Reviewer | Las Vegas, NevadaHorrible Service
I Had my first appointment to get my crown, and everything went smooth. It was the second appointment that was the trouble.
I was scheduled for an 11:30 appointment. I confirmed the appointment, held up my part of the appointment and was even 10 minutes early.
They took my payment, and I sat for 45 minutes till I got up and let them know I could no longer wait as I have a life outside of the Dentist. I was told it would take 20 more minutes. Someone moved my appointment in the company.
This was not acceptable. They inform me that the next available appointment is a month out, again not acceptable. The issue gets worse when you have front desk staff that cannot do anything. They have to refer you to everyone else to get anything done.
So, they give me a phone number to call, and no one answers, not even a machine.
So you waste more of your time calling over and over again till someone picks up. I finally get someone on the line, and they can't help me.
I need to speak with someone else. I am forwarded to a VM box, and here I sit 2 days later with no Appointment; they have my money and no response.

Verified Reviewer | Las Vegas, NevadaAbbey Dental does terrible work, and they rip you off financially
My son was in terrible pain so we went to Abbey Dental on Eastern in Las Vegas. We were going to get my son implants.
After a couple hours they sent us home, not with any dentures as promised. The next time we went they gave him a temporary upper plate, they screwed up the bottom and the upper did not fit correctly. I immediately sent a registered letter to Abbey Dental stating I was unhappy with the work and to stop any further action on my sons behalf. They wanted to charge me $29,000.00 and after interest it came to $52,000.00.
After speaking with Green Sky their financial people and telling them I was not paying for awful work which at most came to 4 hours, they reduced my bill to 12,000.00. I have contacted Abbey and asked for an itemized statement which they have not sent. In the mean time I am being charged late fees and interest every month. In what world does a dentist get $12,000.00 for a bad temporary which took 4 hours 2 visits.
That is $3000.00 an hour and my son still has no teeth. I am reporting them to the BBB. They lie do terrible work and steal your money through some sort of credit card scam.
I have spoken to Green Sky and Abbey Dental and have not gotten an itemized statement nor have the charges late charges or interest stopped. These people are crooks of the worst kind.
